Zookoda Verifications

A lot of you have been asking what 'verification' is, who does the verifying, and why you can't send broadcasts without it.

These are all really good questions, so I'd be happy to answer them.

As you know, the purpose of Zookoda is to provide a tool that helps get traffic and visitors back to your blog, by way of subscribing to your broadcast. When you release a broadcast, and email goes out to your subscribers, with little snippets of your latest posts. In other words, just a taste of your blog, inviting them to come back for more!

Considering the nature of our business, we need to make sure that no members are using Zookoda as a tool to spam email recipients. As such, each account is verified manually. If you receive a rejection, please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. This is to comply with all CAN SPAM Act regulations.

The reason you can't send a broadcast without verification is because the sender details aren't actually attached to your account until they're verified. Hope this helps and if you have any questions, please click the 'Contact Us' tab and send us a note!
